QuiltCon Adventures

QuiltCon is the largest modern quilting event in the world, presented by the Modern Quilt Guild every February. It is an event full of quilters, makers, artists, and vendors from all around the world. QuiltCon features a vibrant quilt show full of competition quilts, community outreach quilts, and special exhibits as well as an enticing vendor hall, with all booths curated with the modern quilter in mind. QuiltCon also hosts lectures and workshops.

Since 2022 I’ve been attending QuiltCon when I can to see the beautiful quilts, meet with friends, and pursue TCQ business partnerships and opportunities. Sometimes I put my phone away and just enjoy, and sometimes I remember to take some photos to bring back for everyone to enjoy.

Here you can find the photos I’ve taken of quilts in the show each year. There were certainly more quilts worth sharing and I certainly could have taken better photos, but these galleries are an afterthought rather than a planned showcase and I’m satisfied that this works for now. My one apology is that I realize you may not be able to read the details about each quilt but I promise that if you Google any one of these quilts that you love you’ll be able to learn more about it.
